2021 New Year Resolutions

*I like to add to this blog that the year 2020 was unbelievable. A lot of bad things happened. For example, the pandemic and all the shortages that came with it. The worldwide fires, severe floods and hurricanes. The rogue police officers and riots. There was a butt-load of detrimental events that occured this year.

However, a lot of good things happened too. With the virus, we became more caring and compassionate for each other. We learned how to create and try new things. We did more activities and formed ideas from the inside of our homes. We became more social and open-minded with our love ones through technology. Yes, it was hard, and yes, it still is. But we've gotten through, and with the vaccine on its way, we all will be okay.

The natural disasters taught us that ALL LIFE IS PRECIOUS. We must respect our mother Gaia, because she is the only one we're going to get. There is no Earth 2 or Earth B. We all must do our part to help heal her, and not destroy her further.

We learned to peacefully protest with our voices and minds when the law wasn't doing what they were supposed to. We all stood up and made our voices heard. Whether it was on social media or in actual life (in safe distances), when the law turned, we stood with caring and strong hearts. We united as one and became a family of peace and unity.

We also got a new president, should i say a better president. One that will heal this land. I truly believe that Biden & Harris will make our nation a more prosperous place for all futures. Yes, a lot has happened to everyone. I've had my own difficulties. I couldn't go on the public transportation all year. I wasn't going to risk it. I also didn't lose as much weight as i hoped. 48.2lbs...hey, its better than nothing.🀷

I couldn't attend church or any other outdoor activities, accept for online. Mother and daughter fun days was upgraded from 2 times a weekend to 4X's a week. My horror/thriller novel hardly got done due to my Lupus issues this early summer and late fall. Same goes for the illustrations. My gardening didn't go well either because of certain handy-man issues. In early February i thought i found love. Unfortunately, this wasn't the case. I really thought he was the one, but he wasn't. He was just another corrupted soul who wanted to control me.

There were other reasons why i had to break up with this individual. He still stalks me, both online and in the physical world. However, i did find someone else through the FB dating app. I hope and pray he will be the one. Besides all that has happened, i guess my New Year Resolutions List will be a little different this year.**
