2020 New Year Resolution's


🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 NEW YEAR RESOLUTION'S🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

1.) Health/  3X's Weekly - Bus Traveling & Exploring
                     2X's Weekly at home Exercise - Body Stretches • 5 minutes
                                                                            Arm Weights • 2 minutes, 30 seconds
                                                                            Rec Bike • 30 minutes
                                                                            Dancing (by myself) • 20 minutes
                                                                            Tai Chi • 15 minutes
                     9 hours of sleep; starting at 9:30pm every night
                     No eating after 7pm
                     40,000 steps in a week (walking in malls, exploring SA, etc.)
                     96oz Water a day (40oz of Lite Flavored Drink Mixes/ the other 56oz H2O)
                     The 1st week of every month is a Cheat Day (pick ONLY 1 un-healthy thing)

2.) Weight Goals/  8 pounds per month; thats 2lbs per week.
                                 By 2021, hoping to have lost 96 pounds...πŸ˜…

3.) Church/   Start going back to the First Unitarian Universalist Church of SA - 2 X's a month
                       Try going to Rituals in New Braunfels when they're held.

4.) Mother-Daughter Fun Days/   2X's a month on the Weekends
                                                        
5.) Writing My Horror/Thriller Novel/   Complete 1 Chapter every 2 months

6.) Complete llustrations for my Novel/   Complete 1 drawing every month and 2 weeks

7.) Gardening/ Start on March 10

8.) My Blog/ Complete 1 post every 2 weeks
