Frog
Also known as Fae-Frogs, Fairy Frogs or Winged Ranas. In my personal experiences and adventures, you
can find these creatures in enchanted swamps or forests. Their eggs can be found
in old trees, near bogs or wet humid regions. A fairy frog can lay up to 50-80
eggs at a time. Their eggs start out looking like octahedron-shaped, colorful crystals. Over time, the eggs start to
get soft, that's when they are ready to emerge forth and jump into the giant
cesspool called life. Most of the hatchlings don’t get to grow up into
adulthood, due to other magical predators who devour them before they can reach
the swampy waters.
Just like young non-magical frogs in our world, these creatures spend
most of their youth in water. My suggestion is if you ever encounter one of
these creatures, be very gentle with it and speak softly. A young fairy frogs
hearing is sensitive, and their wings are too. There are many types of
Fae-frogs, none of which are evil, but some can be highly poisonous, depending
on the toxins from the skin and or saliva.
Coming across a poisonous fairy-frog is unlikely, it is very rare to see
one anywhere in an enchanted swamp or murky forest. However, if you are looking
for a toxic species, then I suggest you look in a magical rainforest. They can
be found near tall trees, and or underneath massive jungle leaves. I do warn
you, that these poisonous creatures are ten times as toxic as the frogs in the
mortal realm. Non-toxic Fae-frogs, however, can be found anywhere, and are
highly prized. Butterfly Frogs are without a doubt beautiful, some can even
grant wishes, depending on how old the animal is.
It’s also a great symbol for luck and abundance, as well as knowledge
and protection. The figurines you see below, are one of many of own uniquely

The wood that usually holds the whole item is a slice of natural birch or basswood,
just to give it a forestry/swamp look. The Spanish moss is also natural, I use
